Keeping your accounts and tax affairs in order is an essential part of running a business. Our compliance services help you meet your responsibilities, understand what’s required and keep track of the relevant deadlines.
With organised processes and clear communication, we take care of the agreed accounting work, leaving you more time to focus on your business and the people who depend on it.
Accounts production
Your annual accounts show how your company has performed over its financial year and its financial position at the year-end.
We prepare your accounts from your business records, explain the figures and arrange the required submissions to Companies House and HMRC following your approval.
Our reminder process helps you keep track of the information we need, so we can progress the work towards the relevant filing deadlines.
Confirmation Statement
Limited companies must file a confirmation statement with Companies House at least once every 12 months to confirm that the required company information is up to date.
We help you check the details, including the company’s people with significant control (PSCs), and prepare and submit the statement on your behalf. Where changes need to be reported separately, we’ll explain what’s required.
Corporation Tax Return
We calculate your company’s taxable profit and Corporation Tax liability, taking account of the reliefs and allowances relevant to your circumstances.
We prepare and submit your Company Tax Return to HMRC following your approval, and explain how much tax is payable and when. The payment deadline is separate from the return-filing deadline, so we help you understand both.
Personal Tax Return
Your personal tax position matters alongside your company’s. We help you understand whether you need to complete a Self Assessment tax return and, where required, prepare and submit it on your behalf.
We explain your tax calculation, what you need to pay and when, helping you plan ahead with greater confidence.
Expenses and Benefits — P11Ds
Providing benefits such as company cars or private medical insurance can create tax and reporting obligations for your company and the employees or directors receiving them.
We help you identify what needs reporting, prepare and submit P11D and P11D(b) forms where required, and explain the associated payment deadlines. Where benefits are reported through payroll, we take this into account.
From April 2027, mandatory reporting of benefits through payroll is being introduced in phases — monthly for employees paid monthly. We can help you understand which benefits are affected and prepare for the changes.
We agree the services and fees with you to suit your business’s needs. If you prefer, fees can be spread through manageable monthly invoices.
